The heat from the chili creeps in right after the sumac’s tangy brightness, and it’s honestly the most interesting non-alcoholic spritz I’ve tried this season. Poured over ice with a twist of orange, it made my usual 5 p.m. slump feel like an actual aperitivo hour.
