I’m not usually a spritz person, but this one’s got that earthy rosemary edge with the yuzu twist that actually makes it feel fancy in a can. The bitterness is there but not harsh, and it’s bright enough to sip on its own without needing a garnish.
The rosemary and yuzu combo really comes through—it’s earthy but bright, and the fizz holds up even after a few minutes in the glass. Grabbed it for a picnic and it felt just as special as a bar-made spritz, minus the effort.
