I poured it over a big ice cube with tonic and it genuinely felt like a patio in a glass. The bitterness is sharp but not harsh, and that floral note lingers just enough to make the next sip tempting.

The yuzu really comes through first, then that bitter finish lingers just enough to make you want another sip. I’ve been swapping it for my usual evening cocktail and honestly don’t miss the alcohol one bit.
