The silicone is stretchy but holds tight exactly where you need it. I wore one alone at first and then stacked three together — the stamina benefit was noticeable immediately.
I was a little skeptical about the stacking claim, but wearing two bands together really did give me noticeably more control and staying power.
The stretch on these rings is surprisingly comfortable, and I love that I can stack two for a firmer fit without any pinching. Definitely helped me last longer during a solo session last night.
